Today, March 14th, we stand in solidarity with the women who have had to embark on a long journey to reconnect with their bodies from a new perspective after being diagnosed with endometriosis.

For those days when you endured unbearable pain and no one believed you.
For the times when you struggled to understand what was happening to you.
For the long waits, hoping for a diagnosis.

But also, for the days that lie ahead—the ones where you have risen, time and time again, despite everything you have faced. For the strength of your body and the courage to embrace your emotions and express what you have felt.

You are seen. You are heard. You are not alone. 💛

Llorá si tienes que llorar, extraña lo que tengas que extrañar, rie sin parar, pero atrévete a ir por lo que tu ❤ corazón desea!

We are super excited to return to Hull. This time is very special as we will be celebrating the spring equinox. It will be a space where we will intertwine the magic of breath and sound, to be able to welcome this new season with an open mind and heart.

For us, Hull has been the home where many things began, where many seeds were planted and where we found community, especially the HU3 neighborhood blessing us with great memories. This is the reason we decided to have this celebration in one of the spaces that has seen us grow, that embraced us and helped us feel at home even when we were thousands of miles away. Here we met people who will always be in our hearts for the rest of our walk with earth and beyond.

........ Joining us for this celebration will be a special guest who will be guiding a transformative breath practice with her valuable knowledge and wisdom. She helped us confirm the power that sound can cause in a person and the changes it can bring to their life. She is a fellow sister with a big heart, so keep your eyes peeled and ears open to find out who this amazing human being is!!!!

We had a wonderful experience last weekend. We climbed the Acatenango volcano 3,970 masl. We started the adventure at 10pm and walked on steep slopes for 5 hours straight, then we had a break recharged with the light and warmth of the fire before we continued our journey for another hour. Once we reached the crater we were both filled with incredible feelings and emotions. Life looks completely different from there. We remembered how powerful nature is and how incredible it is to belong to it. We also remembered that reaching the top is not the end of the journey but the halfway point, the one that gives us a shift in perspective, the one that clears our vision and allows us to distinguish the path. We saw the eruption of the volcano and its roar was felt in our hearts rippling through to our spirits. There's no words to explain how intense, beautiful and majestic this journey was.

We are grateful to life and Mother Nature for allowing us to have this opportunity and share this path.

Over the past few weeks we have realized the importance of taking time for ourselves.

Time that helps us de-stress, connect with our family, reconnect as a couple and above all understand where our individual path is going but also in the relationship. And although we do not always want the same thing, there is always something that connects us...

Remembering that we are one with nature, picking fruit from the trees, being in the water, walking in the volcano crater, watching the night fall, appreciating the flowers and gigantic trees, understanding that everything has a process, a certain way and although there are days of great confusion there are also days of great clarity!!!

Where our journey will lead is completely uncertain, but seeing the wonders of Mother Earth makes us feel more INSPIRED to create different versions!

When was the last time you took the time to feel the earth between your fingers? Or to sit down and contemplate nature?

When you come into contact with the earth, a very valuable exchange is taking place, the earth helps us to be rooted, it helps us to reduce inflammation in the body, fatigue, activates the parasympathetic nervous system and improves sleep.

But most importantly, you are allowing yourself to feel your body in connection with the earth!

Today, 9 Q'anil, is the day of the seed. Let us be thankful for living within Mother Earth, even when the days become cloudy, the soil is always supporting us, our ancestors are with us and remember that one day we will also fertilize this soil with our bones and our memories.

In this circle we will be exploring contact and caress from different perspectives 💫
